When the time came to design the logo and brand identity for NFF, I suffered a mild case of “designer’s block”.
I kicked the brief around the office for a year and a half before a final strategy started taking form.
I fell in love with a confident and well-crafted font by H&FJ back in 2014 called Idlewild. I bought it and kept it for the day I would finally find the right use for it. It ended up being perfect for New Found Form’s logo. The name is already so long and needed an unapologetic font which would make the brand stand proud. The logo also worked well when combined with glossy finishes.
